1. Introduction

These terms apply to all services provided by Handover Estates Ltd. By booking a consultation or service with us, you agree to the following terms.

2. Quotations and Pricing

  • Validity: All written quotations provided following our complimentary visit remain valid for exactly 30 days.
  • Minimum Value: There is a minimum job value of £250 for all services.
  • Taxes: All prices stated on our website and in quotations exclude VAT.
  • Urgent Work: Any service requested to be completed within 48 hours is subject to a 25% rush fee.
  • Custom Quotes: Heavy clutter and hoarding clearances are exempt from standard package pricing and are always quoted individually after a site visit.

3. The Checkout Guarantee

  • Our End of Tenancy cleaning services include an agent checkout guarantee.
  • If your landlord or letting agent flags any cleaning deficiencies on our checklist within 72 hours of the service completion, we will return and re-clean the specific area free of charge.
  • This guarantee requires the client to notify us at contact@handoverld.co.uk with the agent’s official report within the 72-hour window.

4. Client Obligations

  • Access: You must provide clear access to the property on the scheduled service date.
  • Accuracy: You must ensure all information provided regarding the property size, condition, and scope of work is accurate. Failure to disclose significant issues (like biohazards or severe hoarding) may result in the cancellation of the job or a revised quotation.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we are fully licensed and insured, our liability for any damages to the property is limited to the value of our insurance coverage. We hold no liability for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues arising from delayed access to the property.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
